One of the lovely benefits of living in a close-knit community is that everyone comes together to ensure their neighbor’s well-being. Columbia Town Center offers residents a range of programs and services designed to support their health and wellness. With the holidays coming up and everything going on in the world, it is important to do what you can for your fellow neighbors. Here are some ways you can help the Town Center Community.

Donate to the Youth & Teen Center

Town Center Community Association and Historic Oakland are now accepting donations through November 17th for the Youth & Teen Center at the Other Barn, Columbia Association. Requested items include (but are not limited to):

  • Toothpaste & toothbrushes
  • Shampoo & conditioner
  • Body wash & soap
  • Lotion
  • Deodorant
  • Feminine hygiene products
  • Hand sanitizer
  • Cleaning Supplies
  • Laundry detergent, regular and sensitive skin
  • Travel-sized items are welcome!

Donations may be dropped off at:

Take a Free Parenting Class

Guiding Good Choices is an evidence-based, interactive prevention program that helps you build a stronger bond with your child, while also providing skills proven to reduce the risk of children engaging in substance use or other risky behaviors.

Learn how to:

  • Prevent Drug Use in Your Family
  • Develop Healthy Beliefs and Clear Standards
  • Avoid Trouble and Respond to Peer Pressure
  • Manage Conflict and Express Feelings Constructively
  • Strengthen Family Bonds
